  1. On day 1, its important to establish exactly where you are right now, so book a 30 minute free Menopause Breakthrough so you can create your new, improved normal!
  2.  Its dead easy, just hit the action button and follow the instructions. 
  3.  Don't worry - I'm not trying to sell anything - and it will really help. I  felt so alone with it - that's why I'm doing this.

WHERE DO YOU WANT TO BE ?


  1. Now you have established exactly where you are now and why, we need to ascertain where you really want to be.
  2. Begin a morning journal. Wake up early enough to have 15 mins quiet time to create a thinking space just for you. write your title at the top of your paper  - What do I want in my life right now to nurture my mind, body and spirit ?
  3. Don't judge - just write. dont even try and organise it - just write what surfaces for 15 mins.

 5 MAJOR AREAS OF YOUR LIFE   TO MAINTAIN HAPPINESS.


  1. Do the simple things in your life, well. Keep a gratitude journal.
  2. Get to know yourself and learn to nurture yourself with kind self talk - give yourself some respect.
  3. Have integrity - Do what you say you are going to do. Hold yourself accountable with a friends help if necessary.
  4. Create a space so you have time and space to think. Early morning is best. 
  5. Be appreciative of what you already have and use what youve got!

REVISIT YOUR INNER CHILD


  1. On day 1 we established your timeline and filled in some information. 
  2. Please retrieve it and look especially at the first 7 years. Take a moment to connect with your inner child at this time - really connect.
  3. Wrap your arms around your inner child, rock her, cuddle her, speak to her, comfort her, till it all feels ok.
  4. Please take time to share your experience in the group.

PLAN SOMETHING FUN THAT YOU LOVE !


  1. Its essential to plan fun things into your life that you can look forward to. Trips out. Walks with your dog. Horse riding. Cycling.  Cinema - anything you will look forward to.
  2. Make this a regular occurrence and diary it into your life. It doesn't have to cost a lot or even anything - but it needs to make you feel happy and a sense of excitement when you think of doing it.
  3. Share your idea with the group or ask for ideas if you are struggling. When I was really low, I'd forgotten even how happy felt!
  4. Plan a fun event weekly or monthly, even daily if you can. Create a fun routine and stick to it.

REFLECTION


  1. Time for a little reflection.  Time to look at ourselves for a moment and be really honest. 
  2. This means not just looking at ourselves but at the reflection of ourselves in those around us.
  3. This may be a new concept to you. What it does is give us a different perspective of our strengths and weaknesses. What we cannot see, we cannot change.
  4. What one thing annoys you most about someone who is around you the most ?
  5. What one thing do you admire most about someone who is around you a lot ?
  6. Please share these revelations in the group then complete todays task and then share again!
